She’s Gone…
Looking back on everything,
I still remember her smile.
I wish things didn’t end so soon,
And turn back time for awhile.
No matter how much it hurts,
I still love her so.
A part of me needs her so much,
I can’t seem to let her go.
Knowing I won’t be able to see her,
Makes my heart cry out in pain.
I can’t believe we won’t talk anymore,
The thought disturbs my mind.
She was my reason for waking up,
For the smile you see on my face.
Going a single day without her,
Makes me feel so out of place.
I was afraid of opening up,
Now I’m afraid of the next day.
When she told me that last goodbye,
I whispered, “I will miss you…”

I stand alone on the sandy beach
my tears flowing into the sea
because I know you’re out of reach
and no longer here with me
You looked so beautiful laying there
In eternal sleep forever
The pain I hide is too much to bare
I want us to be together
But I am needed on this lonely land
for a little longer at least
to help and guide the people I love
giving them reassurance and peace
So I’ll be on the shoreline here
to cry more tears over you
On this day every year
to celebrate our love so true
Until it’s time to meet once more
to hold and love one another
as we did all those years ago
when I was your friend and lover.

Today is a very important day for me. On this day several years ago, Tara and I had our first kiss. It was the beginning of the love we shared…
Tara and I Drenched in the Rain!
I remember one summer day it began to pour rain like there was no tomorrow, and the streets were flooded with water in a short period of time. Tara and I wanted to enjoy the experience so we went out into the shower and got completely drenched. We really had a lot of fun doing these kinds of things together! This was another thing I loved about Tara… she was a lively person. Rain and mud would not stop her from having a good time.
Follow the Path of Love
Love is the way to live… No matter how painful or tragic life can become, with love you can overcome anything. Love is what keeps me close to Tara. Love is the greatest emotion and without it, life would be purposeless.
