A Kiss from Tara

Some of the best memories of Tara are when we used to walk by the ocean together. It is true… the past seems as if it only happened yesterday. I remember one day when Tara and I went to the ocean. It was in the afternoon and the sunlight was nice and bright. It lit up the sky and ocean creating a surreal like vision. We walked by the shore holding hands enjoying the beautiful scenery. It really was a such a wonderful experience, especially having Tara next to me. We eventually made our way to the rocks, the ones that were shown in the pictures. We sat there for at least an hour staring into the ocean and enjoying each other’s company. Before we left, Tara had took my hand gently and placed a kiss on my cheek. The feeling was pure love and I will always remember it…

Angel Tara

I know that you still continue to show your love and kindness… even beyond departure. There are many words that describe good and loving people, but there is only one word that describes you… Angel.” – In the Memories of Tara

Loving You Until the Very End

Life may be lonely without you Tara, but I will continue to love you until the very end. Although you are gone, I will never let you go… My memories will always keep you close by.

Another Photo of the City Where Tara and I Met

Here is another aerial photo of the city where Tara and first met. I will never forget the wonderful experiences we shared together here.

A Walk on a Wintry Day

I wanted to share a funny memory that Tara and I experienced. On a Wintry day, we were taking a walk to the corner store to get something to eat. The ground was covered in snow and was very slippery. Tara and I were talking about what we were going to eat when I lost my balance and fell into a patch of snow. She chuckled at me as I was lying there covered in snow. However, I grabbed her arm and pulled her in with me, but it may have been a mistake because next I got a face full of snow!

I Love You Dearly

There is not a single day that passes… what had happened continues to live with me. I wish you were still here by my side. I love you dearly Tara, and I hope at one point in eternity we will be with each other once again.

Remembering Her Hugs

I try to make the most out of life with Tara being gone, but it can be both difficult and painful at times. Even though it has been years, love is meant to be everlasting. Every time I think of her, the first thing that comes to mind is her warm, loving, and precious touch. When we hugged, it was so wonderful. Words alone cannot describe the beauty and sincerity of the feeling.

Tara’s Theme, Love and Romance

A few years back, I composed a song that reflected upon the romance that Tara and I shared. I still continue to listen to it quite often, for it paints many picture of the memories I have left of  my angel Tara.

“Faith is my strength, Believing is how I see, Spirit is my courage,  Love is my will, You are my light… The angel you are, We are a pair of doves, Our hearts are bound,  We are made for one another, We shall forever be one…”

Tara was There…

On the days where I was unhappy or miserable, I often tried to isolate myself from everyone. When Tara saw me like this, she was always there to cheer me up, and she usually did get a smile out of me in the end. Some of the best things that I miss about Tara was her loyalty and ability to reverse my unhappiness. She was always there…

The Place I Call Home

Sometimes we ask, “Why did this have to happen to me?” I have asked myself that question many times and still continue to do so. When I saw Tara for the last time, it placed a deep wound into my heart. I try to cover it up as best as I can, so that I can experience a bit of happiness. Unfortunately, it is true… some wounds will never heal. Although I do experience a bit of happiness, there is still that emptiness within me that will never disappear. I try to fill that emptiness by keeping Tara’s memories alive. I hope one day that I can return to the place I call home… the place where Tara and I met. It would be a wonderful experience to see where we once walked and held hands.
